License & use

Upon purchase you receive a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CastLoom Pro for yourself or the entity you represent. Reverse engineering, redistribution, or unlawful use is prohibited.

Payment & refunds

Payment is processed by third parties such as Paddle. You have the right to a full refund within 14 days of purchase; see our Refund policy.

Disclaimer

Software is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use or inability to use the software.

Changes

We may update these terms; revised versions will be posted with the update date. Continued use means acceptance of the revised terms.
